I ended my day last night in the basement, threw away a queen comforter that the dog had chewed on, and that reeked of dog.
I had kept it until now “just in case”.
I have a whole house full of “just in case”.
A whole life of “just in case”.
But you can’t prepare for “just in case”.
You can do everything right and then be - the special case.
Life’s that way.
It just is.
You can never prepare for whatever it throws at you… or when death comes.
But for today, you have to have hope that there is a tomorrow where I will be able to afford
a new comforter.
